Scams and please avoid

I copied and pasted the below article. I have had several inquiries from my facebook friends stating that I friend request them or ask them to send in money to make money. Let me say loud and clear I WOULD NEVER ASK FOR BUSINESS PROFITS ON FACEBOOK.

“PA Treasurer warns of scam emails
Pennsylvania Treasurer Stacy Garrity warned the public that scammers are targeting Pennsylvanians with sophisticated phishing emails. The emails are designed to look like they have been sent from the Pennsylvania Treasury Department and include a link that leads to a fake version of the Treasury website. Anyone who clicks on the link is then prompted to enter login credentials. “Do not do this!” Garrity said. “Treasury will never use unsolicited emails or texts to request personal information.” Anyone who receives one of the messages or has questions can contact the Treasury.

Various amenities (e.g., pools, gyms, common areas, etc.)

Furthermore, you’re usually only locked into a year-to-year contract when you rent. Unlike buying a house, you won’t be tied to your rental property any longer than you want, which can be ideal for young professionals, college students, or those who need to relocate frequently.

Advantages of Owning a Home

Homeowners build equity with each mortgage payment
Mortgage payments are often cheaper than renting
Freedom to modify the property as you see fit
More room for you and your family
No need to share living spaces or walls with neighbors
Available tax deductions

For many Americans, owning vs. renting can be a better option for building equity meaning the value you invest in a property. Otherwise, your rental monthly payments merely go to support your landlord, which isn’t the best long-term outlook.
