Hi, Joan Garry, here.  I am a mom and a grand mom.  I've lived in Lower Bucks County most of my life, originally from Germantown.  My hobbies consist of crocheting and anything grandchildren related. I am very interested in skin care as I'm a licensed esthetician.  My passion is real estate.

I've worked in the real estate industry since 1988, where I started in residential sales.  In 2000 I went back to school and earned a paralegal certificate.  From 2000 until 2018 I worked in the commercial real estate realm as a real estate paralegal.  Upon retiring from that hectic world, I once again went back to school.  My real estate sales license was reinstated and I am currently servicing sellers and buyers.

I find it gratifying when I assist homeowners achieve their dreams, from finding their first home to downsizing from their life time home.  In addition, real estate affords me the opportunity to have unlimited income and the lifestyle I choose to have.
